My Institute Experience
Picture of Jason Scorse, Ph.D.
During any given week I get emails from a half dozen countries--alumni, prospective students, citizens, policy-makers, and researchers--it's truly amazing to be part of a community of people dedicated to improving the quality of life across the globe and being able to witness the impact that we have in ways that many academics never experience.

RESEARCH CENTERS AT THE MONTEREY INSTITUTE

The Monterey Institute is home to four important research centers, each specializing in key areas in the international policy community. Faculty, research staff and graduate students work collaboratively to develop practical approaches and solutions to today's ever-changing international challenges.

Our research centers not only focus on theory and history of policy issues, but also train students, practitioners and government officials in the critical skills necessary to address complex global issues.

Our graduate students gain valuable experience and explore career possibilities through immersion in real-world research problems, guided by research center faculty and staff.
