Every facet of our lives involves some type of policy decision. From the food you eat, the clothes you wear, the gas in your vehicle, health decisions and education choices..they all revolve around policy.
Deciding upon the right career in the field of policy is often complex, confusing and even frustration for a prospective student. It can all sound exciting--negotiating trade agreements, managing international development projects, creating a sustainable environmental community project in the Amazonian rainforest, promoting nonproliferation treaties in government agencies, or helping communities make proper decisions in combating terrorism threats.
We fully recognize that new students are still trying to identify and focus upon a policy career path, even as they are applying for graduate school. The Career Services staff is here to assist you with this process every step along the way!
