Seminar: August 15 - 20
Capstone Conference: August 18 - 20, open to the public
Participants will:
- Share and learn from each other's professional and research experiences
- Share and collaboratively generate new knowledge around significant industry trends or concerns
- Present experience and research at a professional level in an academically rigorous setting
Upon completion of their IPSS assignments, students return to the Monterey Institute to finalize their experiences in a culminating research report. This report is a professional, collaborative and comprehensive paper detailing their professional experiences and providing insight into a variety of observables and organizational characteristics. Students are clustered according to their field of expertise and then come together to finalize the report into a publishable format. These reports are presented every year upon return during an event which draws Monterey Institute alumni, faculty, staff and students.
