As alumni of the Monterey Institute of International Studies, you are a vital part of a larger community: one made up of faculty, staff, students and the international community. You are lifelong members of the Institute's Alumni Network, whose mission is to increase public knowledge about our Institution, educate prospective students about the Institute's distinctive programs, create and develop internships and jobs for future alumni, and to network with one another.
The Alumni Relations Office is committed to making your affiliation with the Monterey Institute Alumni Association a vital and dynamic part of your life. Through our Alumni Office, we hope to help you expand your professional network, form close friendships with fellow alumni, and help you stay connected with the Institute through social, educational and professional events. The Internet is a tool that will greatly enable us to maintain contact with, and provide information to, our alumni who live all over the globe.
The Online Community was developed specifically to address the on-going needs of Monterey Institute alumni. The site allows for frequent communication among alumni, and between alumni and the Institute. There are a number of free services for you to explore. You can post your news as well as read what other alumni post. The online directory allows you to search by a last name, city or country and there is a calendar section for alumni events. This site is password protected so you do not have to worry about unauthorized people reading your information. Once you register please do not forget to sign up for a free alumni email account!
I hope our Alumni Online Community is helpful in keeping you connected to the Institute. This service is only as dynamic as the people who use it, so please tell your alumni friends to register and get involved with the Institute alumni on-line.
